What happens after you submit
- 1You see a confirmation on screen with a unique reference number, keep it for follow-up.
- 2We email you a confirmation of the details you sent.
- 3A coordinator reviews your child's age, level and time zone and shortlists a coach.
- 4We reply by email or WhatsApp with suggested demo slots.
- 5Your child attends the free demo. The assessment is friendly conversation and play, never a test.
We aim to reply within one working day. If you have not heard from us, message us on WhatsApp with your reference number and we will pick it up straight away.
